Absolutely. You’re welcome to begin with online sessions and transition to in-person therapy at any time, depending on your preference and therapist availability.

Is online counselling secure and confidential?

Yes. We use secure, encrypted platforms that meet Canadian privacy standards. Your information and sessions are treated with the same confidentiality as in-person counselling.
