As your Psychologist, I will work closely with you to understand your unique story and offer practical tools and strategies that can help move you forward.  My counselling style is warm, collaborative, and inclusive. In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I also provide therapy that is informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) treatment as well as many other techniques from my larger toolkit of skills and years of training – all with the goal of helping you realize growth in your journey. 

I am passionate about working with adults in a variety of areas such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, stress management, anger management, self-esteem issues, faith-based counselling.

I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist, born and raised in Hungary and immigrated to Canada more than 10 years ago. Since then, I've fallen in love with the Rockies and enjoy hiking and other outdoor activities with my husband and my two children.
