Have you ever felt hesitant to share, face, or give compassion to certain parts of yourself for fear of judgment, pain, or shame? You aren’t alone. Stepping into this process takes courage but it can also be incredibly rewarding. My goal is to help you address areas in your wellness that may need some insight, attention, and compassionate care. I’m here to support you through the struggles and to celebrate your wins, no matter how big or small.
My approach as a counsellor is genuine and relatable; I use warmth (and even humour) to build connection, get us on the same page, and start moving forward together. My aim is to facilitate a collaborative relationship where my clients feel safe and empowered to be the truest version of themselves. I value co-creating a space where together we can dismantle unpleasant thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that keep us feeling stuck.

The foundation of my approach is person-centered and integrates trauma-informed and evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Together, we can figure out how to engage in an approach that is personalized to your needs and feels the most authentic and valuable.
My background is in health and wellness education. I have had the privilege of working with teens and young adults for most of my professional career. I completed my Bachelor of Secondary Education and Bachelor of Physical Education in 2015 at the University of Alberta, and obtained a Masters of Counselling through City University in 2022.
